Can I change my plan later on?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from My Account under My Subscription.

Are there any bandwidth fees?

There are none. All plans include unlimited bandwidth for free.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Oz Robotics isn’t the best eCommerce platform for your business, you can cancel your account by emailing us.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. After becoming a partner and creating your store, you can forward your store URL to your domain name.

Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up?

No. You can sign up with Startup Selling Plan (FREE) without entering your payment details. Then, later at any time, you can switch your plan if you like.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

How many services can I list?

Freelance service limit: 10

What is a Vendor?

A Vendor / Supplier is someone or a company that registers on Oz Robotics Technology Marketplace to sell their tech products with our help. They maintain and manage their products, confirm shipping orders, manage their coupons with complete store branding, shipping, and ratings, and do more from their Vendor Dashboard at Oz Robotics.

How do you handle sales tax?

We only charge sales tax based on the US Nexus Tax Law. Nexus, also called “sufficient physical presence,” is a legal term that refers to the requirement for companies doing business in a state to collect and pay tax on sales in that state. For example, if you sell goods or services in Los Angeles, you must file and pay California state taxes.

Who supports my product on Oz Robotics Marketplace?

You, the supplier, are in charge of technical support for your product(s) because some buyers tend to have questions about the item and require assistance before and after sales. Potential buyers will ask you questions using the Product Enquiry form on your product page.
