Do you offer financing option to purchase?

Can I show my website on my product page?

No, please DO NOT use product images, logos, banners, and other materials that have your website URL and Phone Number in/on them. Your account will be terminated without consent because it is considered spam, and such activity is against our partnership policy.

Can I advertise with Oz Robotics?

Yes, we can drive traffic to your Website, Business, and Products to Increase your Exposure and Sales.

Can we have multiple users on a single seller account?

This is under process. For multiple staff to access Vendor Dashboard, you can share the same username and password to log in.

Where do you input the email you want to use to be notified when an order occurs?

If you want to ensure that multiple team members are notified when an order comes in, you can use forwarding from your email hosting.

When an order is placed what does the “confirmation email” look like?

When a customer purchases a product, the buyer, vendor, and Oz Robotics team receive an email notification about the sale, including the product sold and customer information, e.g., shipping address and private customer note.

How long does it take for vendor payment to be sent out?

Once the customer payment is cleared, which may take 12 to 24 hours, we send the payment to our vendor partner to ship the product to our customer.

How do you prevent fraudulent purchases?

We strictly use PayPal to prevent any fraudulent purchases. We wait until PayPal clears the funds and emails us that the customer is good and the purchase order can be shipped.

How do I make it so we only sell/ship product to lower 48 United States?

You can add your shipping fees for each state individually or enter your shipping fee for the entire country. Suppose you don’t want to sell your product to certain states or countries. You can specify that on the product page, e.g., “This product is not available for New York and California customers” or “This product is only available to US and Canadian customers.”

Can the customer select shipping methods?

Yes, our customers would ask us if we can do overnight shipment or express shipping. We then update them for the additional fee, if applicable, for overnight or express shipping. Once they decide, we then make the shipment.
