To provide the highest level of service to our customers, we would like to inform you about the existing stage of the Aerobits product life cycle. Below, you will find a definition describing the life cycle, and each product on the site is marked at which stage of the product’s life cycle.

Product lifecycle in Aerobits

  • In development – Product in preparation. Not available for purchase.
  • Engineering samples – Product still in development. Small quantities are available for test purposes.
  • Active – The product is available for purchase and fully supported. EOS and EOL dates are not defined
  • NRND (Not Recommended for New Design) – The product will be discontinued. It will probably be replaced by a better design. EOS and
  • EOL dates are defined.
  • EOS (End Of Support): The product is no longer maintained, support is limited, and it can not be purchased through a webpage. To purchase a product, don’t hesitate to contact sales.
  • EOL (End Of Life) – The product is no longer produced. It can be bought only in larger quantities.

Aerobits is a specialized developer of miniature avionic systems, such as transponders, for unmanned aerial vehicles, UAVs, and drones. Using patented technology, our hardware and software solutions process radio signals on minimal surfaces. This concept is at the core of our OEM modules low-level assembly function modules, which are the basic building blocks of miniaturized avionics.

We support global initiatives to integrate UAS into civilian airspace, develop the path towards full autonomy, and specialize in air traffic control systems, essential components of future UTM unmanned traffic management and U-Space solutions.

UAS entered the orderly airspace that until now was used only by manned air traffic. Legal regulation of the use of the airspace is insufficient for many reasons and forces the search for system concepts. A hint is aviation solutions and procedures that have evolved over the years along with the growing traffic volume. With various radars, ATMs Air Traffic Management can locate manned aircraft and guarantee safe separation between them. Also, unmanned systems like UTM Unmanned Traffic Management are planned to be implemented. UTM will be nothing else but a functional extension of ATM. It is about integrating drones into the airspace, which is seen as one of the most significant challenges of modern aviation. The main difficulty is to ensure anti-collision for all airspace users, in line with the DAA Detect and Avoid concept. This goal is achieved by maintaining system compatibility between manned and unmanned aviation. Therefore, it is necessary to miniaturize the avionics, which will allow the installation of appropriate systems on small drones. The intensification of global activities towards including UAS in the airspace shows the idea of fusing many information technologies. In addition to micro-avionic systems, UAS will be equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LTE technologies. It will allow easier identification and tracking by local airspace managers.

Return Policy

WITHIN 5 HOURS: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request an order cancellation, but we cannot refund the PayPal or Stripe Processing fee because they do not refund us.

AFTER 5 HOURS: After 5 hours, your order has either been shipped, prepared to ship, or custom-made. If you still want to cancel your order after 5 Hours, we will deduct 30% of the total for restocking + PayPal or Stripe processing fees and the Return Shipping cost for unopened packages.

AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: If you decide not to keep your order after it arrives, we will deduct 80% of the total + the shipping fee if we find it refundable after a review. Please see our Refund and Replacement Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY: Oz Robotics wants you to be happy with your new purchase. However, we abide by our manufacturers' exchange policy because we do not manufacture these products; our manufacturers do. Once you use the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a wrongly purchased product with irreversible defects or technical problems. The customer will pay the shipping fee for a wrongly purchased product or similar issues. REFUND POLICY: Oz Robotics accepts refunds on a minimal basis unless there is a manufacturing defect. For electronic items, returns are only accepted on devices with serious and irreversible problems; meanwhile, the customer must apply for the returns within seven days of delivery. Before a refund acceptance, please include images or a video and any other proof of the defect. For more info please visit Refund and Replacement Policy.

Once we agreed on a return, you can ship your defective item to the provided address, which you should receive from us first. Please ship the order in its original packaging with all the accessories and additional parts. If the Required Parts are not sent back, they will be billed for or expected to be shipped later. We will check the product for testing once all items have arrived. In your package, include a signed letter stating the reason for the product return, the original receipt, proof of defect, images, a video, etc. It will help us to speed up the process for you.

When returning the item, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. However, we will assess the product, and if it is determined that there is a manufacturing defect and the product is not fixable, we will refund the shipping cost, repair, replace, or refund the full amount to the customer.

Do not return your product to our New York office. For any exchange or refunds, please email us first at support@ozrobotics.com for us to provide you with the steps that need to be followed.
