  2. How long does it take to learn? If you have experience with roller skating or rollerblading. In that case, you can spend 10 minutes testing the essential functions, and you will be able to gallop with Electric Roller Skates eRW 3. Even if you don’t know how to roller skate, you can learn to use this tool in 30 by controlling your balance.
  3. Can they handle rough sidewalks/debris/cracks/pebbles? Electric Roller Skates eRW three can easily handle all urban surfaces. We designed it with 70mm wheels to raise the chassis and simulate crawling over uneven terrain and gravel. Brick and cobblestone streets are also easy to traverse.
  4. What about puddles or rain? Electric Roller Skates eRW three has waterproofed the control panel using a fully sealed method, boasting IPX4 water resistance. Our products are fully capable of withstanding rain and passing through some smaller puddles. We recommend avoiding puddles and only storing them indoors when not in use.

It can be applied to different street conditions. Tires can also be locked with the e-brake, which means you can get up and down stairs, access public transportation, and wait confidently at crosswalks.

You can control your speed with body coordination when going downhill, and you will need to incorporate the e-brake system to manage your downhill speed when necessary. Going uphill with Electric Roller Skates eRW three is very calm, and you can glide effortlessly up even the steepest part of the hill (up to 20 degrees).
  7. What is the recommended age? We recommend that users be 12 years old and older. For adults and teenagers over the age of 12. Children under the age of 12 need to be supervised by an adult. Be considerate and aware of your surroundings. Always wear a helmet and protective equipment.
  8. What size shoe size does Electric Roller Skates eRW three use? The Electric Roller Skates eRW3 is one shoe size for EU (37-47.5) US (6-13) feet. For shoe sizes more significant than our recommended range, comfort is reduced because your toes are slightly longer than the Electric Roller Skates eRW3. We tested a size 14 shoe size, and they still worked fine with the Electric Roller Skates eRW3.
  9. How do I stop? It’s easy; you must release the acceleration button, balance your body, and use the remote e-brake to stop. You can even use your center of gravity to steer directly after releasing acceleration or use the wheelie point brakes, just like roller skating.
  10. Can the wheels be replaced? Of course, when the wheels start to wear out, you can purchase wheel parts for replacement at Rollwalk.com. Note that the rear wheel covers the motor, and parts replacement requires a professional repair person. However, the actual wear rate is meager because Electric Roller Skates eRW three is made of the top PU material.
  11. Does this count as a roller skate? Strictly speaking, it is an electric travel tool, like an electric skateboard balance car. Of course, when the remote control is turned off, you can treat Electric Roller Skates eRW three as a pair of quality roller skates.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE: We primarily ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS because they’re reliable, fast, and easily trackable. We usually ship within two to three business days after the full payment. Standard delivery generally occurs within 5 to 7 business days after the shipping date. However, the delivery may take about 7 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping destination, logistics, weather conditions, product weight, size, or shipping company distribution structures.

SHIPPING COSTS: For some industrial products, e.g., heavy wheels, CNC machines, etc., the shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight, not quantity. Return Policy

5 HOURS: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request an order cancellation, but we cannot refund the PayPal or Stripe Processing Fees because they do not refund us. Unfortunately, after 5 hours, your item(s) have either been shipped, prepared to ship, or are currently custom-made. Therefore, we will not process your cancellation request after this period has passed..

AFTER 5 HOURS: If you want to cancel your order after 5 Hours, we will deduct 30% of the total for restocking + PayPal or Stripe processing fees and the Return Shipping cost for unopened packages.

EXCHANGE POLICY: Oz Robotics wants you to be happy with your new purchase. However, we abide by the exchange policy of our suppliers because we do not manufacture these products; our suppliers do. REFUND POLICY: Oz Robotics accepts refunds on a minimal basis unless there is a manufacturing defect. For electronic items, returns are only accepted on devices with serious and irreversible problems; meanwhile, the customer must apply for the returns within seven days of delivery. Before a refund acceptance, please include images or a video and any other proof of the defect. However, we abide by the exchange policy of our suppliers because we do not manufacture these products. Other than our supplier's default policy, once a return is agreed upon, you can ship your defective item to the provided return address that you should receive from us first. Please ship the order in original packaging with all the accessories and additional parts. If the Required Parts are not sent back, they will be billed for or expected to be shipped later. And only once all items have arrived will our staff check the returned product for testing. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the original receipt, proof of defect, images, a video, etc. It will help us to speed up the process on your behalf.

The purchaser (customer/buyer) is responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item. However, upon receiving the returned order, we will assess the product. If it is determined that there is, in fact, a manufacturing defect, then we will refund the shipping costs as well as repair or replace or refund the full amount to the purchaser if the product is not fixable.

If you wish to return an unused product, please do so within seven days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price minus shipping and handling. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment 24-48 HOURS after receiving the product back. We will charge a 30% of the total for restocking + PayPal or Stripe processing fees and the Return Shipping cost for unopened packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, and if you agree to a refund, refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment in 24-48 hours. Please note that we will charge a 50% restocking fee once you return a product without any defect.

Once your refund is processed, PayPal will return the money to the card used. It may take at least five business days (depending on the bank and credit company) before your refund is posted in your bank account and statements. Do not return your product to our New York office. For any exchange or refunds, please email us first at support@ozrobotics.com for us to provide you with the steps that need to be followed.
