Your first action is to contact the responsible vendor or member by private message and request that they remedy the breach. If they do not cooperate, contact Oz Robotics at the email address – info@ozrobotics.com.

 Copyright Law

Various laws apply to all products on Oz Robotics, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in the USA. These laws provide a takedown notice to be filed with Oz Robotics, immediately removing the product(s) and the relevant Content. To do this, you must hold the copyright to the product in question and be prepared to state this in a court of law in the USA, abiding by rules and regulations. Also, note that you may be liable for damages on either side of a dispute if any legal action ensues.

The response to a takedown notice of products and related Content varies from case to case. The Customer and Oz Robotics are not responsible for return shipping labels, including any shipping fees to replace or cancel such orders for a refund. Therefore, please make sure that you ship a working, brand-new product. In addition, please buy insurance for the shipment or other cases, such as fragile items, if necessary and applicable.

We have a ZERO Tolerance Policy regarding customer support because, as Oz Robotics, we provide the first-class support we are known for. As our Vendor Partner / Supplier / Manufacturer / Brand Owner, YOU MUST accept Replacements, Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Adjustments by offering a Prepaid Shipping Return Label for the broken product that the customer wants to return for a full refund or replacement. Please DO UNDERSTAND that electronics do stop working unexpectedly, or components break due to manufacturing errors and other engineering reasons, and therefore, you MUST offer refunds or replacement due to manufacturing faults, unknown electrical errors in the product itself, or accidental damages during the shipment; which is not customer’s fault following our Seller Policy. Please have shipping insurance if your products are fragile enough to ship.

Upon a refund request by a customer for the reasons above, such as a delay in shipment, product malfunction, or any default technical error, the product will be shipped to you directly from our customer. You are responsible for returning the product and providing a refund or exchange to the customers’ satisfaction within 14 business days. You must declare your product warranty on your product page or the settings page under your vendor dashboard in the Return Policy box.
