“Metal Time” engineers took the shape of a “flying saucer” as a basis, and numerous legends that aliens abduct people and animals. To achieve the right level of inspiration to create the “Stellar Raiders” model, the entire team had to re-read a mountain of fantasy literature and review many comics and ten seasons of the X-Files series.
