HCBB25 is a Bluetooth work card based on a low-power Bluetooth chip launched by HoneyComm IoT Technology(Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. It is powered by a disposable lithium manganese battery and can last up to 3 years (with zero dBm transmission power and a 1s broadcast interval).

 HCBB25 can broadcast Bluetooth name, Bluetooth MAC address, UUID, Major, Minor, RSSI at 1 m, battery power, and other information. Bluetooth name, UUID, Major, Minor, transmission power, and broadcast interval can be set through the mobile phone app (HC Connect). All broadcast content can be customized according to customer needs. HCBB25 The broadcast distance is 100 meters long (open visual distance). Personnel can use the hanging rope or 3M glue fixed on the object’s surface to locate the object.

HCBB25 The firmware is divided into connectable type and non-connectable type. The connectable type can change the broadcast parameters related to the Bluetooth beacon through the mobile phone connection and support OTA upgrades (connectable type). HCBB25 is widely used in personnel positioning, asset management, item tracking, and other application scenarios. It can cooperate with the Bluetooth AOA base station for high-precision positioning.

Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including if you don’t want to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund you their processing fee if you cancel your order.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund because order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a product that has irreversible manufacturing defects or technical problems. If you purchased the wrong product, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the faulty parts so we can evaluate it before arranging for a replacement.
