Do you like options? We love options. Instead of using the FuelCan platform, you can use BaseOps to power your stack. This gives you more flexibility with deploying your design out in the field. It’s packed with features including an automatic switchover circuit for the 5V supply, battery distribution for power-hungry peripherals such as motors, power-status LEDs so you can quickly determine the health of your power rails, and single-point grounding between the battery and canister stack for minimal ground noise.

Your privacy is very important to us. At ProteShea we have a few fundamental principles that we follow:

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ProteShea. ProteShea is a participant in affiliate advertising programs which are designed to earn a commission or fee from certain clickable links to third-party products. ProteShea has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices associated with any of the third-party websites or services. Indemnification

The laws of the State of Florida will govern these Terms without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. User acknowledges and agrees that they are personally responsible for their conduct while using the Site, and/or Content. User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ProteShea, its owners, directors, officers, agents, and employees from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from or arising out of customer use, misuse, negligence, or inability to use the Site, Conent. Governing Law, Venue, Jurisdiction

The laws of the State of New York will govern this Agreement without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. User agrees that any disputes or claims that User may have against ProteShea, which are not subject to the arbitration clause described below, will be resolved by the state and federal courts in the County of Saint Lucie, Florida. User hereby agrees to personal jurisdiction in the County of Saint Lucie, Florida. Customer agrees, in the event that any dispute arises with ProteShea, at least 30-days prior to filing any action or demanding arbitration, Customer will provide written notice to ProteShea of the dispute, and attempt to negotiate a written resolution of the matter that will be agreed upon by all parties involved. In any dispute, the terms of this agreement will control.

ARBITRATION

ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR DISPUTES BETWEEN PROTESHEA AND USER RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES OR CONTENT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FUELCAN, CANISTERS, ACCESSORIES, DEVELOPMENT BOARDS, KITS) PROVIDED BY PROTESHEA MUST BE RESOLVED IN BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. IN ARBITRATION, THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY, AND COURT REVIEW OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS LIMITED. THE ARBITRATOR CAN AWARD ANY DAMAGES OR RELIEF ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL CLAIM THAT A COURT OF LAW COULD, INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL INJUNCTIVE RELIEF AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES WHEN AVAILABLE UNDER THE GOVERNING LAW. ALL ARBITRATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND THERE SHALL BE NO CLASS ACTIONS IN ARBITRATION. USER AGREES THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL OCCUR IN THE COUNTY OF SAINT LUCIE, FLORIDA.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, ProteShea can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain products may be subject to additional terms and guidelines which are described in their respective user manual.

ProteShea warrants any product purchased for use in business or resale against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product determined by ProteShea to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to ProteShea shipping costs prepaid will, at ProteShea’s discretion, be repaired or replaced or the purchase price refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. ProteShea does not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, ProteShea will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. ProteShea will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
