Bluetooth USB adapters can also be used independently, excluding use by match. When the user’s equipment is equipped with a Slave Bluetooth USB adapter, other Bluetooth devices, such as Bluetooth PDA, can search out this Bluetooth USB adapter and find the services provided, then establish a connection and communicate with it through these services.

A Bluetooth USB adapter can still be used as a serial line to communicate the users’ equipment. Bluetooth USB adapter provides a safety identification function. When users use safety identification, the connected equipment must be authenticated, and only the authenticated equipment can realize communication. However, this process could be finished automatically if it is a pair of Bluetooth USB adapters. (Default Password: 1234）

Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including not wanting to pay the tariff. However, we cannot refund the Stripe Processing Fee, because they do not refund us. Click on the Tariff tab to read about newly imposed tariffs before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund. Due to new tariffs, order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical problems, we will be happy to help you solve issues and provide a replacement if it is proven that the product has any manufacturing defects.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, we abide by the policy of our manufacturer partners. Once you use the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a wrongly purchased product with irreversible defects or technical problems. The customer will pay the shipping fee for a wrongly purchased product or similar issues. Why don’t we add tariffs to the retail price of the product? If all countries imposed the same tariff amount and used the same currency, we would have added the tariff amount to the product price.
