Elastel EG510 is a high-performance industrial edge computer powered by Raspberry Pi CM5, designed for advanced IIoT applications such as edge computing, automation control, data logging, and cloud communication. It provides rich industrial connectivity including 1x RS485, 1x RS232, 2x GbE, 6×DI, 6×DO, 1×USB 3.0 and other expansion interfaces. Also features a built-in M.2 slot supporting 4G LTE / 3G/ 2G/ NB-IoT, enabling seamless connection to industrial networks and field devices. Built with an industrial-grade, fanless, and compact enclosure, EG510 ensures reliable operation in harsh environments with a -25°C to +65°C operating temperature range, along with enhanced EMI and surge protection.
Fully compatible with Raspberry Pi OS, EG510 provides an open, flexible platform for rapid development with Docker, Node-RED, Python, CODESYS, and more. It comes pre-installed with ElastPro OT-to-IT software, enabling seamless data acquisition and secure cloud connectivity via protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA, and MQTT

With the Raspberry Pi CM5’s high-performance computing capability and flexible Linux Operating System, EG510 can be applied to any of your applications and PoCs.
Edge computing Gateway: Data is collected from slave devices, analyzed, and stored. And with flexible configuration, it is perfect as a protocol and interface converter Gateway.
Industrial modem and cellular Router:Â With a built-in cellular module, EG510 can be configured as an industrial computer operating in 4G/LTE, 3G, and NB-IoT mobile networks. Easily remote access by building a VPN or ThingsWing.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC): With Serial ports and DI & DO ports available, and with Software-defined PLC support, EG410 can easily operate as a typical PLC.
Micro Server Computer: The compact, high-reliability design with an HDMI port enables the EG410 to operate as a micro server. Raspberry Pi compatibility and Linux OS enable computer operation.

Fast Delivery! We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx because they're fast, reliable, and easy to track. We process orders within 24 hours, and delivery may take 4-7 working days, depending on your location. We'll email you the tracking info once we ship your order. We sell in USD.

Tariff:Â To minimize or avoid tariffs, we ship from the country where the product is made, such as China, Italy, or Taiwan, Europe, etc. If applicable, you will pay the tariff in your country. The total amount of your order does not include a tariff, which you'll pay before the delivery.

We do not ship all products from the USA (except for products made in the USA or in stock), and we ship some products from regions such as China, Taiwan, Canada, and Europe. Therefore, the tariff you pay depends on the country of origin, as not all countries charge the same rate. Tariff vs. Shipping Fee: Please don't confuse the shipping fee with the tariff, because they are two separate charges. You pay us a shipping fee for the carrier to deliver your order to your door. You pay the tariff to the customs office, a branch of your government, as an import tax.
Why aren't we adding tariffs to the product's retail price? If all countries imposed the same tariff amount and used the same currency, we would have added that tariff to the product's retail price. Our suppliers and we are not responsible for tariffs. Please shop accordingly.

Return Policy
5 Hours: If a mistake occurs during purchase, you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including if you don't want to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund you their processing fee if you cancel your order.
All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund. Order cancellations incur multiple transaction processing fees from Stripe and PayPal, additional shipping fees, and reverse tariff payments, which are costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we'll assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. However, we will offer an exchange for a product with irreversible manufacturing defects or technical issues. If you purchased the wrong product, then you will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs. If your product is defective, please email us ASAP with photos or a video of the faulty part so we can evaluate the issue before arranging a replacement.

Terms and Conditions
Delivery Date/Time: If the shipping company cannot deliver your parcel because you were not at your delivery address on the scheduled date/time, this is not our fault. If the carrier returned your parcel to the manufacturer from the country where it was shipped, that is outside our control. Therefore, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping cost and any applicable tariff for any re-shipment request. In such a case, we will not issue a refund.
Product Warranty: Our warranty covers only product-related problems caused by manufacturing defects. It does not cover problems resulting from faulty repair attempts, customer accidents, or misuse.
