What is Egloo?
Egloo is conceived to contrast the continuous waste of electricity used for warming domestic rooms, offering an option. This candle-powered way provides cheaper and more ecological energy, taking advantage of terracotta features that store the heat and slowly and gradually release it by radiation, even after it blows out.

Egloo Candle Powered Natural Heater – Black Glazed

Egloo is a new eco-friendly way to heat, scent, and humidify your room. It is enclosed in an innovative product with a unique design. Egloo works thanks to the energy produced by unique candles and the property of a new innovative terracotta that quickly absorbs and retains heat and gradually releases it into the surrounding environment.

The heat generated by Egloo is used to:

  • Effectively heat a small room
  • Evaporate the water and humidify the environment
  • Spread the perfume in the air

The heater is handmade in Italy in several colors and finishes, including Artistic limited editions.

How is it made in Italy?

The best Italian artisans make the base and the two domes in a high-heat terracotta called “Terra da Fiamma.” The artisanal production will be wholly MADE IN ITALY, using only the highest quality natural materials. Egloo comprises five elements: the base, the steel plate, the grill, and the two domes. The base offers a space for positioning the steel plate, divided into two parts to facilitate the cleaning: one for the water and the other one, which contains wax and wooden wicks that, once you light them, will warm the domes up. Magnets connect the two parts of the steel plate.

Shipping Policy

Fast Delivery! We ship worldwide mainly via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS because they are Fast, Reliable, and Easily Trackable. We process orders within 24 hours, and delivery may take 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location. We will email you the tracking number once it is shipped.

Shipping Costs: For some industrial products, e.g., heavy wheels, CNC machines, etc., the shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight, not quantity. For lower shipping costs for orders with multiple items, please email us at sales@ozrobotics.com before you buy. We show shipping rates on the product page under the SHIPPING tab. Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including not wanting to pay the tariff. However, we cannot refund the Stripe Processing Fee, because they do not refund us. Click on the Tariff tab to read about newly imposed tariffs before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund. Due to new tariffs, order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical problems, we will be happy to help you solve issues and provide a replacement if it is proven that the product has any manufacturing defects.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, we abide by the policy of our manufacturer partners. Once you use the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a wrongly purchased product with irreversible defects or technical problems. The customer will pay the shipping fee for a wrongly purchased product or similar issues. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the defective parts so we can evaluate it before you send it. More on Replacement Policy.

Ships From: Not all our products are shipped from the USA; some are shipped from regions like China, Taiwan, Canada, or Europe. Attention! We will email you the tracking number for you to track your parcel. The shipping company will contact you by phone, text, or email to arrange payment of the tariff. However, as the customer, you are responsible for responding to their call, text, or email. Heads Up! We’re not responsible for packages returned to their country of shipment if you don’t pay the tariff or fail to follow up with the shipping company. Why don’t we add tariffs to the retail price of the product? If all countries imposed the same tariff amount and used the same currency, we would have added the tariff amount to the product price. However, we do not do that because each country charges different amounts and uses different currencies, and some do not even charge a tariff. Therefore, we can’t add a tariff to the product’s retail pricing. Oz Robotics’ manufacturing partners (suppliers) are not responsible for tariffs. We will not issue a refund if you do not pay the tariff.
