The LWG-7289V2 WisGate Edge Pro is the flagship industrial-grade LoRaWAN gateway of the HoneyComm Edge Series. It features an IP67-rated enclosure, supports up to 16 LoRa channels, and offers multiple backhaul options, including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and LTE, with power supplied via 12V DC or solar energy. The gateway integrates internal antennas for Wi-Fi, GPS, and LTE. It runs WisGateOS 2 based on the latest OpenWrt kernel, supporting remote management, extension installations, and a full LoRaWAN protocol stack. Its hardware includes dual LoRa concentrators, PoE, GPS, and optional LTE modules, while the software supports MQTT with TLS, OpenVPN, LoRa frame buffering, and advanced features such as Listen Before Talk and fine timestamping. The LWG-7289V2 WisGate Edge Pro is the flagship product of the HoneyComm Edge Series. Featuring industrial-grade components, it ensures a high level of reliability. It supports up to 16 LoRa channels and offers multi-backhaul options with Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and cellular connectivity. Additionally, it provides a dedicated port for various power options, including solar panels and batteries. Its redesigned enclosure accommodates LTE, Wi-Fi, and GPS antennas internally for enhanced aesthetics and functionality.

Additionally, LWG-7289V2 operates under WisGateOS 2, which is based on the latest OpenWrt kernel. The OS Web UI features a new design and supports multiple extension installations, enabling remote management using WisDM for personalized gateway customization.

Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including if you don’t want to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund you their processing fee if you cancel your order.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund because order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a product that has irreversible manufacturing defects or technical problems. If you purchased the wrong product, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the faulty parts so we can evaluate it before arranging for a replacement.
