The 1260W heavy-duty AGV steering drive wheel system is engineered for forklift-type AGVs operating in demanding industrial automation and logistics environments. Featuring high torque output, precise steering control, and superior load capacity, this system ensures stable and efficient performance under heavy loads and continuous operation. Drive System Performance

At the core of the system is a 1260W motor delivering a rated torque of 4 Nm, operating at 48 V DC with a rated current of 28.5 A and a rated speed of 3000 r/min. Multiple gear ratios (32, 36, 40) allow the AGV steering drive wheel to adapt to diverse torque and speed requirements across various industrial operations. The 210 mm drive wheel supports a maximum load of 1000 kg, achieving a top travel speed of 61.8 m/min (or 55, 49.5 m/min under other gear ratios). A 210 mm turning radius ensures excellent maneuverability in tight spaces, making it ideal for forklift AGVs and compact autonomous vehicles.

The drive system is also equipped with an 8 Nm brake torque, providing reliable and safe braking during high-speed or heavy-load operations.

Steering System Performance

The steering system features a 400W motor with a rated torque of 1.27 Nm, operating at 48V DC, a rated current of 10.6A, and a motor speed of 3000rpm. With a gear ratio of 160, it provides high-precision steering control and a maximum turning speed of 112.5°/s, enhancing operational efficiency and navigation accuracy for the AGV steering drive wheel system. It incorporates an electronic limit angle of ±126° and a mechanical limit angle of ±135°, preventing oversteering and protecting the system from mechanical damage. A robust braking system further improves safety and stability during emergency stops or sudden maneuvers.

Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including if you don’t want to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund you their processing fee if you cancel your order.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund because order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a product that has irreversible manufacturing defects or technical problems. If you purchased the wrong product, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the faulty parts so we can evaluate it before arranging for a replacement.
