Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including not wanting to pay the tariff. However, we cannot refund the Stripe Processing Fee, because they do not refund us. Click on the Tariff tab to read about newly imposed tariffs before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund. Due to new tariffs, order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical problems, we will be happy to help you solve issues and provide a replacement if it is proven that the product has any manufacturing defects.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, we abide by the policy of our manufacturer partners. Once you use the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a wrongly purchased product with irreversible defects or technical problems.
