Sensor Details

The sensor can be installed inside the logger or outside on a cable exit. Moreover, the solution supports integration with existing 4-20mA temperature probes.

Data Logger Operation

The data logger wakes up at configurable intervals, provides a power supply to the sensor, reads the measurement, and records the value in memory. The logger wakes on configurable transmission intervals and transmits the recorded readings.

If the reading bridges preconfigured low/high power threshold values, the logger wakes up and transmits an instant alarm. Platform and Mobile App

ThingsLog Platform is cloud-based and accessible over the Internet. You will have your username and password and the option to set up extra users if more people need access to the data. In addition, the platform will allow you to monitor the level of your tank remotely on your computer or mobile phone. You will be able to set high and low-level alarms, review detailed readings and alarms, and track the level/volume of your tank. A custom dashboard and some daily or weekly reports could also be set.

ThingsLog platform and the mobile app support six languages – English, German, Spanish, Russian, Greek, and Bulgarian.

Shipping Policy

Fast Delivery! We ship mainly via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS because they are Fast, Reliable, and Easily Trackable. We process orders within 24 hours, and delivery may take 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location. We will email you the tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs: For some industrial products, such as heavy wheels and CNC machines, the shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight, not quantity. For lower shipping costs on orders with multiple items, please email us at sales@ozrobotics.com before placing your order. We show shipping rates on the product page under the SHIPPING tab. Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including not wanting to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund their Processing Fee, regardless of the reason for order cancellation.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund. Due to new tariffs, order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a product that has irreversible manufacturing defects or technical problems. If you purchased the wrong product, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the faulty parts so we can evaluate it before arranging for a replacement.

Refund Policy: For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect. However, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund.

Attention! We will email you the tracking number for you to track your parcel. The shipping company will contact you by phone, text, or email to arrange payment of the tariff. Why don’t we add tariffs to the retail price of the product? If all countries imposed the same tariff amount and used the same currency, we would have added the tariff amount to the product price.
