This Oz Robotics Support Policy describes what support you can expect from us regarding Oz Robotics Products and Services.

If you have questions about this Support Policy or do not agree with it, please get in touch with us before using our website. We may amend this Support Policy occasionally, so check this page to ensure you are aware of any changes. This Support Policy is effective from December 2021.

By using any part of our website or providing personal information to us, you consent to process it as set out in our policies.

What Our Support Service Covers

We only support products sold with Oz Robotics. If you need help setting up or configuring your product, please first check the documentation that comes with the product. Your question might have been answered already. If it hasn’t, please submit a support ticket on this page.

We will immediately help you with any product defects after they are brought to our attention. We will also try to provide a solution via our Helpdesk for minor defects or errors as a precursor to a more substantial update to the product.

What Our Support Service Does Not Cover

Our Support Service does not cover products not sold on our website. Additionally, we do not offer nor support engineering matters that might be needed for our products.


We provide our Products as is. While we can help you configure our products within the capabilities of each plugin, we do not customize our Products or support any Third Party customizations of our Products. Customization changes how our Products look or function relative to how we make our products available to you.

We do our best to advise and direct you to appropriate resources if you need customization. But we do not take responsibility or endorse Third Party solutions for customized Products. Third-Party Services that some customers have found helpful include:
