Seller Policy / Terms and Conditions

This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. By opening your shop on the Oz Robotics website, you agree to our Seller Policy and Terms and Conditions before becoming our Supplier/Vendor Partner.

Lack of Communication
You will receive an email every time we sell your product, titled “Congratulations! You just sold an item on Oz Robotics!“, and you will need to reply to that email to let us know whether it’s in stock and ready to ship upon payment. If you don’t reply to our emails within 3-5 days, we will cancel the order and terminate your vendor account without any consent.

Vendor Username:
Your vendor username should be your company name. Don’t use your personal name, email address, initials, product name, or abbreviations as your ‘username’; we will reject and delete it otherwise.

Self-Promoting
Please do not add your Website link, Email Address, Phone Number, QR Code, Barcode, or Office Address on the product page via links or images for self-promotion. This is against our seller policy.

Product Retail Pricing for Vendors
To avoid competition and confusion, your retail price must be the same on Oz Robotics’ and your own website. You cannot add our margin to your retail price when listing products on our website. We will help our customers and vendor partners resolve any product-related disputes.

Shipping Fees
Please don’t enter your shipping fees as $17.99, or $24.99, etc., because adding .99 to the end indicates that you’re profiting from the shipping fee, which violates our seller policy. Please also use accurate and correct shipping fees to ensure it’s affordable for customers to buy.

Product images by Sellers
Your product(s) must not include marketing materials, such as a website URL, email address, or phone number(s). Fake reviews are not allowed and will result in account termination without consent. You can upload product images, product-related software, documentation, reference materials, and CAD design(s).STEP file(s) and other drawing files, manuals, and tutorials to OzRobotics.com; you confirm that all images and those materials are copyright-free or that you own the copyright to all these images and materials.

Tariff
While not all products require import/customs taxes, some items may incur minimal duties or taxes, depending on the customer’s country of origin. Our customers pay the tariff. Oz Robotics is not responsible for any tariffs associated with shipments.

Shipment
Please ship our orders via UPS, USPS, DHL, or FEDEX because they are reliable, fast, and trackable. However, if you ship our orders via any carrier not listed above, we reserve the right to close your account and remove your products from our website without further notice.

Seller Refunds
For damaged products caused by the manufacturer, insufficient or limited software, or other issues associated with an order, the Supplier/Vendor is responsible for providing prepaid return shipping labels. The Customer and Oz Robotics are not responsible for return shipping labels, including any shipping fees to replace or cancel such orders for a refund. Therefore, please ensure you ship a working, brand-new product. Additionally, please consider purchasing insurance for the shipment or for other items, such as fragile goods, if necessary.

Upon a customer’s refund request due to a shipment delay, product malfunction, or technical error, our customer service team will ship the product to you directly. You are responsible for returning the product and providing a refund or exchange to the customer’s satisfaction within 14 business days. You must declare your product warranty on your product page or in the Return Policy box on your vendor dashboard’s settings page. Account Termination Policy after 7 Days
After your vendor application is approved, if you don’t add your products within 7 days, we will delete your vendor account without warning to prevent spam. We operate internationally and receive thousands of applications from companies and individuals seeking to become vendors, freelancers, and affiliates. Like other websites, we also invest heavily in preventing online attacks, phishing, and spam. To address all these issues, we ensure our website remains clean and functional, helping vendors, customers, and affiliates who are serious about doing business with us. Once an account is abandoned, we rarely offer a second chance to create a new one, so please take this partnership opportunity seriously.

Rules for Vendors

You may not post or sell any restricted or prohibited product by federal, state, or local law in any country or jurisdiction. Please be aware that statutes outside your jurisdiction may prohibit selling or posting such items or content. As the vendor, you are responsible for ensuring that you do not post any item prohibited by law in any jurisdiction.
Physical Products will include tangible goods such as drones, robotics, 3D printers, and similar items. Downloadable Goods will cover all business, personal, and entertainment software, including SaaS, website themes, plugins, codes, and extensions.
All the items on our website are supplied directly to buyers worldwide. We will always help our vendors (you) ensure that you and your buyers have a positive experience with Oz Robotics. Please learn more about your rights and the expectations placed on you as a vendor.

Product Manuals and Files: Please add your product datasheet and manuals to your product page by checking the ‘Downloadable’ box so that customers can download them upon purchase.
