The HKT AGV system features a 400W motor with 1.27Nm of torque, a 48V DC power supply, and a speed of 3000 rpm. It features a 150mm drive wheel, supporting loads of up to 400kg and a maximum speed of 88.3m/min. The steering system features a 200W motor with 0.64Nm of torque, providing precise control. Locomotion system equipped with a 400W motor, rated torque 1.27Nm, 48V DC voltage, rated current 10.6A, motor speed 3000r/min. The speed ratio is 16 (optional: 21, 24, 28, 32), which meets the varying speed and load requirements of AGV robots, ensuring a continuous and stable power output.

150mm drive wheel, maximum speed of 88.3m/min (other speed ratios are 67.3, 58.9, 50.5, 44.2m/min), load capacity of 400kg, turning radius of only 180mm, ensuring flexible operation of AGV robots in small spaces. The entire machine weighs 16kg, which reduces the overall weight of the AGV and improves the energy efficiency and operational flexibility of the AGV robots.

Steering System Performance

200W motor, rated torque 0.64Nm, voltage 48V DC, motor speed 3000r/min, speed ratio 1:160, providing precise control and fast response. The maximum turning speed is 112.5°/second, ensuring that the AGV robot can quickly adjust the direction of travel and improve work efficiency. The steering system features a ±126° electronic limit angle and a ±135° mechanical limit angle, ensuring safe steering and preventing damage to the equipment. The 6Nm brake torque enhances operational safety and ensures rapid braking of the AGV robot in emergencies.

Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including if you don’t want to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund you their processing fee if you cancel your order.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund because order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a product that has irreversible manufacturing defects or technical problems. If you purchased the wrong product, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the faulty parts so we can evaluate it before arranging for a replacement.
