Warranty Policy

We want our customers to be happy with their new purchase(s) at Oz Robotics. Therefore, we conduct thorough research before partnering with companies to ensure their technology is proven and meets our quality assurance standards. Our warranty covers only product-related problems caused by manufacturing defects. It does not cover problems resulting from faulty repair attempts, customer accidents, or misuse.

Our Product Warranty does not cover Modified Items
Modifying the product voids the warranty offered by our manufacturers. This includes all kinds of modifications and add-ons. If you attempt to return a modified product, your warranty claim will be denied, and we will return the product to you at your expense.

We reserve the right to provide replacement parts
If you purchase a product and discover a defect, our manufacturers will provide the parts needed to correct it. However, if the part you need is out of stock or unavailable as a spare, we will provide a suitable replacement or place a special order with the manufacturer. If possible, check the functionality and condition of all products and parts before using them. The customer is responsible for installing any replacement parts.

Our manufacturers will require evidence of warranty defects. If you discover a product issue, you must provide a photo and video evidence of the problem. We understand this can be inconvenient; however, it is required by our manufacturers and will help ensure your warranty claim is processed promptly. For products with higher prices or more complex warranty cases, you must contact us before a warranty claim can be authorized. Warranties are Non-Transferable
Our warranty is for the original purchaser only. If the original purchaser sells the item to someone else, the warranty does not transfer to the new buyer.
