Order Cancellation Policy

Please check your SPAM folder to ensure you accept emails from OzRobotics.com to receive your tracking number. Once your order is processed, we will email you additional details. Remember, if you bought multiple items, they might ship separately.

FAST DELIVERY! We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS because they’re Fast, Reliable, Affordable, and Easily Trackable. We process orders in 24 hours; delivery may take 4 to 7 days.

Ships From: Not all our products are shipped from the USA; some are from different countries. Please check the “Ships From:” label on the product page to see which country it will be shipped from. For example, the tariff will be significantly lower if it is shipped from China to your country in other continents rather than from China to the USA.

TARIFF: The tariff will only affect customers in the country where they reside and order. Please check the “Ships From” label on this product page to see which country we will be shipping this product from, and if any tariff is required in your country, since each country has different tariff agreements. While not all products require a tariff, some may require a minimal or no tariff if applicable in your country. The total amount of your order does not include a tariff. When applicable, the buyer will pay the tariff within their respective country. Please enter a reachable phone number during checkout so the Shipping Company can contact you to pay the tariff once your parcel arrives at your destination. Click here for more on the Tariff.

Why don’t we add tariffs to the product’s retail price? – If all countries deducted the same tariff amount, we would have added the tariff amount to the product price. However, we do not do that because each country charges a different amount, while some do not even charge. Therefore, we can’t add a tariff to the product’s retail pricing. Oz Robotics’ manufacturing partners, or suppliers, are not responsible for tariffs. Please check the “Ships From:” label on the product page to see the product’s origin. The total amount for your order does not include a tariff. The customer must pay the tariff. We will not cancel your order or refund you if you do not pay the tariff.

SHIPPING COSTS: For some industrial products, e.g., heavy wheels, CNC machines, etc., the shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight, not quantity. For lower shipping costs for orders with multiple items, please email us at sales@ozrobotics.com before you buy. We show shipping rates on the product page under the SHIPPING tab. To see the shipping cost for your country, click add to cart on the product page.

PRODUCT DATASHEET AND MANUAL: If applicable, the Product Documentation, such as the Datasheet, Brochure, Reference Materials, CAD Design, STP Files, Manuals, and Tutorials, will be available for download upon purchase from the My Account as needed. On the checkout page, please create an account to download product-related files upon purchase. You won’t be able to download otherwise.

WITHIN 5 HOURS: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request an order cancellation, but we cannot refund the Stripe Processing fee because Stripe does not refund us.

WITHIN 24 HOURS: Your order has either been shipped, prepared to ship, or custom-made. If you still want to cancel your order after 5 Hours, we will deduct 30% of the total for restocking + Stripe Processing Fee and the Return Shipping cost for unopened packages.

AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: If you decide not to keep your order after it arrives, we will deduct 80% of the total + the shipping fee if we find it refundable after a review. See our Refund Policy. Besides a manufacturing defect, we charge 80% of your item cost as a restocking and administration fee after our team reviews the item. This fee includes Stripe Processing Fee, shipping and returning labels, additional hours of work, preparing the product for restocking, etc.

NOTE: Canceling an order may result in losing promotional offers on unshipped items. Additionally, if discounted items have already shipped, you may be unable to cancel some items in this order.
