Easily produce high-precision 3D prints embedded with functional materials with the A2200 3D multi-materials printer. This versatile, reliable, and user-friendly desktop-sized printer features a proprietary materials dispensing system to handle functional inks and pastes. It has a side-by-side precision filament extruder and enhanced materials dispensing system that prints Fused Deposition Modelling (1.75 mm FDM) materials (ABS, PLA, etc.) next to functional inks and pastes (Au, Ag, Cu, etc.).

The high-precision, ultra-reliable positive displacement print head can precisely meet functional inks with viscosities ranging from 1mPa·s to 54000 mPa·s. The A2200 can print with inks and pastes to 8 mils (0.20mm) trace and space width. The tolerance is ± 5% (for example, ±10 μm at eight mils over a 5 cm trace length). This direct-write technology allows you to achieve layer height, surface finishing, tolerance, and roundness accuracy.

  • The A2200 can be used with most CAD / Slicer software, and each unit comes with a subscription to Simplify3D.
  • You can print the following file formats: STL, GCODE, OBJ, DAE, AMF, BMP, JPG, JPEG, and PNG.
  • The build volume is 8.4×7.3×6.3(in)
  • The printing layer height is 0.05-0.3mm.

Shipping Policy

Fast Delivery! We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS because they are fast, reliable, and easily trackable. We process orders within 24 hours, and delivery may take 4-7 business days after that, depending on your location. We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs: For some industrial products, such as heavy wheels and CNC machines, shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, not quantity. Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including if you don’t want to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund you their processing fee if you cancel your order.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund because order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a product that has irreversible manufacturing defects or technical problems. If you purchased the wrong product, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the faulty parts so we can evaluate it before arranging for a replacement.

Ships From: On this product page, check the Ships From: label to see which country we will ship this product from, because we do not ship all products from the USA; some products ship from regions like China, Taiwan, Canada, and Europe.
