Raytac’s MDBT50Q and MDBT50Q-P are BT 5.2 stack (Bluetooth Low Energy or BLE) modules designed based on the Nordic nRF52840 SoC solution. These modules incorporate GPIO, SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, PMD, PWM, ADC, NFC, and USB interfaces for connecting peripherals and sensors.
