Shipping Policy

Orders are usually dispatched within two working days. Standard delivery usually takes 1- 2 working days in Switzerland and 2-5 working days in the European Union, the UK, EFTA and USA (remote areas can take longer). Standard delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 5-10 working days.
Please note that estimated delivery times start from the date of dispatch and are indicative only. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the actions of customs officials or couriers/local postal services.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Punkt., you are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from receipt of the shipment, return the purchased product and receive a refund (including delivery cost). This period of 30 days commences from the day after receipt of the purchased goods (reliance will be made upon the delivery date stated by the courier).

Ships From: Not all our products are shipped from the USA; some are shipped from regions like China, Taiwan, Canada, or Europe. Therefore, the tariff you will pay depends on the country from which your order is shipped, as not all countries charge the same tariff. For example, suppose the US imposes a 30% tariff on goods imported from China into the USA; while other countries may impose a significantly lower tariff, or even no tariff at all, for goods shipped from China into their respective countries. Attention! We will email you the tracking number for you to track your parcel. The shipping company will contact you by phone, text, or email to arrange payment of the tariff. However, as the customer, you are responsible for responding to their call, text, or email. You can also click the tracking number link we emailed you to contact the shipping company and make the tariff payment if you haven’t already done so.

Heads Up! We’re not responsible for packages returned to their country of shipment if you don’t pay the tariff or fail to follow up with the shipping company. As a result, if the parcel is returned to its country of origin, you will be responsible for additional reshipping costs and service charges. We will not accept any excuses for not paying the tariff or for failing to follow up with the shipping company on this matter, and we will not issue a refund.


Why don’t we add tariffs to the retail price of the product? If all countries imposed the same tariff amount and used the same currency, we would have added the tariff amount to the product price. However, we do not do that because each country charges different amounts and uses different currencies, and some do not even charge a tariff. Therefore, we can’t add a tariff to the product’s retail pricing. Oz Robotics’ manufacturing partners (suppliers) are not responsible for tariffs. We will not issue a refund if you do not pay the tariff.
