Seller Policy
Account Termination Policy after 7 Days
After your vendor application is approved, and if you don’t add your products within 7 days, we will delete your vendor account without any warning to prevent spam. We operate internationally and receive thousands of applications from companies and individual entrepreneurs seeking to become our vendor partners, freelancers, and affiliates. Like all other websites, we too spend a great deal of resources and money to prevent online attacks, phishing, and spam. To address all these issues, we created a solid rock policy to ensure our website remains clean and functional, helping suppliers, customers, and affiliates who are serious about doing business with us. Once an abandoned account is terminated, we rarely give a second chance to create a new one. Please take this partnership opportunity seriously.
Product images by Sellers: Your product(s) must not include marketing materials, such as a website URL, email address, or phone number(s). Fake reviews are not allowed and will result in account termination without consent. You can upload product images, product-related software, documentation, reference materials, and CAD design(s).STEP file(s) and other drawing files, manuals, and tutorials to OzRobotics.com; you confirm that all images and those materials are copyright-free or that you own the copyright to all these images and materials.
Self-Promoting: Don’t add your Website link, Email Address, Phone Number, QR Code, Barcode, or Office Address on the product page via links or images for self-promoting. This is against our seller policy.
Copyright and Intellectual Property: Following our Terms and Conditions, as a vendor/seller on Oz Robotics, you acknowledge that you have the full legal right to sell the physical, digital, or auctionable products that you are listing on Oz Robotics. Additionally, by uploading any product images to OzRobotics.com, you confirm that all photos are copyright-free or that you own the copyright to these images.
Dealing With Violations: If you believe you have observed a violation of this policy for the listed products, please email us at info@ozrobotics.com immediately so we can take action or pursue legal recourse. Your first step is to contact the responsible vendor or member via private message and request that they rectify the breach. If they do not cooperate, contact Oz Robotics at info@ozrobotics.com.
Copyright Law: Various laws apply to all products on Oz Robotics, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in the USA. These laws require a takedown notice to be filed with Oz Robotics, which will immediately remove the product(s) and the relevant content. To do this, you must hold the copyright to the product in question and be prepared to assert this in a court of law in the USA, adhering to applicable rules and regulations. Also, note that you may be liable for damages on either side of a dispute if any legal action ensues. The response to a takedown notice regarding products and related content varies by case. Still, we usually delete the product(s) links to the subject Content and contact the vendors, customers, or members on both sides of the notice. Occasionally, we suspend or ban such members without hesitation, especially repeat offenders.
Tariff: While not all products require import/customs taxes, some items may incur minimal duties or taxes, depending on the customer’s country of origin. Our customers pay the tariff. Oz Robotics is not responsible for any tariffs associated with shipments.
Shipment: Please ship our orders via UPS, USPS, DHL, or FEDEX because they are reliable, fast, and trackable. However, if you ship our orders via any carrier not listed above, we reserve the right to close your account and remove your products from our website without further notice.
Seller Refunds: For damaged products caused by the manufacturer, insufficient or limited software, or other issues associated with an order, the Supplier/Vendor is responsible for providing prepaid return shipping labels. The Customer and Oz Robotics are not responsible for return shipping labels, including any shipping fees to replace or cancel such orders for a refund. Therefore, please ensure you ship a working, brand-new product. Additionally, please consider purchasing insurance for the shipment or for other items, such as fragile goods, if necessary.
Upon a customer’s refund request due to a shipment delay, product malfunction, or technical error, our customer service team will ship the product to you directly. You are responsible for returning the product and providing a refund or exchange to the customer’s satisfaction within 14 business days. You must declare your product warranty on your product page or in the Return Policy box on the settings page of your vendor dashboard. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us at partners@ozrobotics.com before becoming a partner.
Rules: You may not post or sell any restricted or prohibited product by federal, state, or local law in any country or jurisdiction. Please be aware that statutes outside your jurisdiction may prohibit selling or posting such items or content. As the vendor, you are responsible for ensuring that you do not post any item prohibited by law in any jurisdiction.
