  1. Communication: Respond to our emails faster to prevent order cancellations.

  2. Remember to add your shipping fees: To make it easy for customers to buy, add your shipping fees separately on each product page.

  3. Ship Faster: Please ship orders to our customers within 3 days or faster via UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, or USPS. Once shipped, mark it as shipped along with the tracking info in your Oz Robotics Dashboard under Orders, so our staff and the customer can easily track the shipment. Remember that a happy customer will always come back!

  4. Product Title: Ensure your product on Oz Robotics has a clear and precise title, appropriate short and long product descriptions, technical specifications, correct retail price, in-stock sign, high-resolution images, tags, what’s included list, and is shown in the right product category.

  5. Backlinking: Showcase your Oz Robotics store link on your website under “Where to Buy,” which will help your reputation and backlinking.

  6. Patience: Be patient, focus, and add new products to keep our customers interested.

  7. Policies: You can add your shipping, exchange, and refund policies within Oz Robotics’ Vendor Dashboard > Settings page.

  8. Please keep it simple! Exchange the product or refund the customer without wasting time and energy. A happy customer will always come back to buy more. Word of mouth is the best advertisement, and no amount of money, time, or marketing can replace that!

  9. Product Manuals and Files: If applicable, add your product drawings and PDF manuals within your product page by checkmarking Downloadables for customers to receive upon purchase.
