Following our Terms and Conditions, as you would know and expect that vendors/sellers on Oz Robotics ought to have the full legal right to sell the physical, digital, or auctionable products that they are listing.
By uploading any product images to OzRobotics.com, you confirm that all photos are copyright-free or that you own the copyright to these images.
Dealing With Violations
If you believe you have noticed a violation of this policy for listed products, please do not post a public comment. Instead, please email us at email@example.com immediately to take action or legal follow-up. This is potentially libelous, and Oz Robotics can not and will not be liable for this and such. Your first action is to contact the responsible vendor or member by private message and request that they remedy the breach. If they do not cooperate, contact Oz Robotics at firstname.lastname@example.org email address. We will do what we can to remedy the situation by talking to both sides of the discussion with the vendor and customer. We may have access to historical information about users, which will help us. Please be aware that if you constantly complain, we may be less likely to believe your side because we think every level has two sides. Before taking action, we will talk to the other party to listen to their account. Nevertheless, Oz Robotics’ support has no means of determining once and for all who owns the content. This is a matter for the legal system between you and the other vendor or you and the customer.
Various laws apply to all products on Oz Robotics, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in the USA.
These laws provide a takedown notice to be filed with Oz Robotics, immediately removing the product(s) and the relevant content. To do this, you must hold the copyright to the product in question and be prepared to state this in a court of law in the USA, abiding by rules and regulations. Also, note that on either side of a dispute, you may be liable for damages if any legal action ensues; therefore, let us cooperate to avoid such a dispute between parties.
The response to a takedown notice of products and related content varies from case to case. Still, usually, we will disable the links of the product(s) to the subject content and contact the vendors, customers, or members on both sides of the notice. Occasionally, especially in repeat offenders, we will suspend or ban such members without hesitation because we have zero tolerance for unnecessary disputes.
