Order Cancellation Policy
Please check your SPAM folder and make sure you accept emails coming from OzRobotics.com to receive your tracking number. Once your order is processed, we’ll email additional details. Remember, if you bought multiple items, they might ship separately.
5 HOURS: You have 5 hours to request an order cancellation after your purchase. After 5 hours, your item(s) have either already been shipped, prepared to ship, or are currently being custom-made. It means we will not process your cancellation request after 5 hours have passed. If you decide you still do not want to keep your item(s) when they arrive, please view our Refund and Replacement Policy.
AFTER 5 HOURS: After five hours, for any reason, if you want to cancel your order, a 30% service fee is applied, which will also include PayPal/Stripe service fees, whichever you used to buy, and neither of them offers a refund for their service when you cancel your order. Please note that our products are processed immediately upon placing the order.
COVID: We are suspending product returns due to the current COVID-19 pandemic unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please study the product and ask us questions before you buy. Thank you.
Asking a Refund After Shipment: Suppose you want to return a product after the shipment for any reason other than a defect; in that case, we charge 50% of your item cost as a restocking and administration fee after our team reviews the item. This fee includes PayPal/Stripe service fees, shipping returning labels, additional hours of work, preparing the product for restocking, etc. all these require additional work by our staff.
Note: Canceling an order may cause you to lose promotional offers on unshipped items. Additionally, if discounted items have already shipped, you may not be able to cancel some of the items in this order.
