Order Cancellation Policy

Thank you for taking the time to learn about Oz Robotics’ Order Cancellation Policy.

You signify that you agree to be bound by our Order Cancellation Policy and Refund and Replacement Policy by placing your order.

As soon as you place an order, we start to prepare your purchased item(s) for shipment. After a successful checkout, you have 5 hours to request an order cancellation. Because after 5 hours, your item(s) have either already been shipped, are being prepared to ship, or are currently being custom-made. Unfortunately, this means we will not be able to process your cancellation request after 5 hours once it is purchased. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you decide you still don’t want to keep your items when they arrive, you can view our Refund and Replacement Policy.

Please note that if you are canceling the purchase after 5 hours or returning a product after the shipment for any reason other than a defect, we charge 50% of the total of your item cost as a restocking and administration fee, which also includes shipping returning labels, additional hours of work, and prepare the product for restocking, etc. all these requires additional work by our staff.

Canceling items in this order may cause you to lose promotional offers on unshipped items in this and/or other orders. Additionally, if discounted items have already shipped, you may not be able to cancel some of the items in this order. Thank you for understanding and doing business with Oz Robotics.
