SHIPPING, REPLACEMENT, AND REFUND POLICIES
Oz Robotics wants you to be happy with your new purchase. Please read our Refund and Replacement Policy
Once you have used the product we have the right not to issue a refund but only exchange for the wrongly purchased items or products that have serious and irreversible quality defect problem(s). If wrongly purchased products or any other similar issues, the customer will pay the shipping fee. If the product you purchased is defective, please email us at email@example.com with some photos or a video of the defective parts to evaluate before sending it. The buyer’s responsibility is to make sure someone will be waiting to receive the order from their local shipping company. If no one is available at your home or office address to receive the order, then additional shipping fees may apply as it is not our responsibility to make sure you will have someone waiting at your address to accept the shipment.
Please Note: Do not return your product to our New York office. For any exchange or refunds, please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to provide you with the steps that need to be followed. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received and returned in the original packaging without being used. Please keep the original receipt.

Oz Robotics accepts returns on a minimal basis unless there is a manufacturing defect. For any electronic items, returns are only accepted on devices with serious and irreversible quality defect problems. Meanwhile, the buyer/customer must apply for the returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Before a refund acceptance, please include images or a video and any other material proof of the defect. However, we abide by the exchange policy of our suppliers because we do not manufacture these products; our suppliers do. Please check our supplier Exchange Policy under the “Shipping” tab on each listed product page. Other than our supplier’s default policy, once a return is agreed upon, then you can ship your defective item to the provided return address that you should receive from us first. Please ship the order in original packaging with all the accessories and additional parts. If the Required Parts are not sent back, they will be billed for or expected to be shipped at a later stage. And only once all items have arrived as a full system can we check the returned product for testing. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt as well as any above mentioned proof of defect, images, or a video, etc. This will help us to speed up the process on your behalf.
- The purchaser (customer) is responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item. However, upon receiving the returned order, we will assess the product. If it is determined that there is, in fact, a manufacturing defect, then we will refund the shipping costs as well as repair or replace or refund the full amount to the purchaser if the product is not fixable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, and if agreed for a refund, then refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment in 24-48 hours. Please note that we will charge a 50% restocking fee if you want to return a product that does not have any defect.
- Once your refund is processed, then PayPal will return the money to the card on file. It may take at least 5 business days (depending on the bank and credit company) before your refund is officially posted in your bank account and statements. Contact Us if you still have not received your refund after 5 business days.
Some items are ineligible for return, including:
- Opened software*
- Electronic Software Downloads
- Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades
- Oz Robotics Online Gift Cards
* You can return software, provided that it has not been installed on any computer. Software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.
Duty Tax, Customs, Import Fees and Tariffs
While not all products require a duty fee, and most countries do not charge this minimal duty tax, but few may charge a tiny fee for certain machinery or particular products if applicable in your country. Therefore the total amount for your order does not include any duty fees, import taxes, or custom fees if applicable in your country. The buyer must pay all import duties. PAYMENT AND SAFETY
OzRobotics.com accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery. Certain orders are subject to a 24-hour verification period to protect all parties from unauthorized credit card use. To assist in minimizing unauthorized card usage, please ensure that your credit card company has all of your current information on file, including any alternate or authorized shipping addresses. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change to or cancel an order, we may notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided when the customer made the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by our suppliers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
At this time, Oz Robotics cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you cannot provide a full physical address, please contact our Sales Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
