The Nexus Industry Omni wheel and Mecanum wheel series are also adaptable to various indoor and outdoor occasions. It comes with four wheels, two on the left and two on the right. Mecanum wheels, also known as iron wheels. It is a conventional wheel with a series of rollers attached to its circumference. These rollers have an axis of rotation at a 45° angle to the plane of the wheel, in a plane parallel to the wheel’s axis of rotation.

Nexus Industry Omni and Mecanum wheels are designed for heavy-duty tasks. Each High-strength wheel hub and great-quality material ensures the series has excellent performance. The Nexus Industry Omni wheel and Mecanum wheel series are also adaptable to various indoor and outdoor occasions. It can be utilized in multiple industries. Install the heavy-duty Omni moving platform to enable rotation in all Omni directions. It is mainly used in industries, workshops, and AGVs. It can even be used on stage show equipment.

Depending on the direction and speed of each wheel, the resulting combination of all these forces produces a total force vector in any desired direction, allowing the platform to move freely in the direction of the resulting force vector without changing the wheels. As a result, it is perfect for tight spaces.

Characteristics

The four Mecanum wheels are each connected to a motor for independent control. The robot can move forward, reverse, and spin like a vehicle with four wheels. The configuration of rollers at 45° also allows the robot to translate sideways and, through a combination of these movements, in any direction (even while spinning). We split the force into two vectors, forward/backward and right/left. When the wheels on one side are spun in opposite directions, the forward and backward vectors cancel each other out, while the forces on both sides add up. The reverse of the other two wheels results in four added sideways vectors.

Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including if you don’t want to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund you their processing fee if you cancel your order.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund because order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a product that has irreversible manufacturing defects or technical problems. If you purchased the wrong product, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs.
