We offer a 30-day Return Policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please note that software items cannot be returned once they have been activated or registered. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at ecom@thinkcarus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Remember that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Items that require software activation cannot be returned once activated. Once you’ve entered the serial number and activated the tool, it becomes non-returnable for a refund.
Exchanges:Â The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
Our Right to Decline Orders or Cancel Contracts
The fulfillment of all orders on the Platform is contingent upon availability. We explicitly retain the right to decline your order for any reason. Additionally, we reserve the authority to cancel a contract by providing written notice to you in the following situations. In such cases, we shall not be liable for any damages or costs beyond the repayment of any amount received from you in connection with the canceled contract:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock.
- Your billing information is incorrect or unverifiable.
- Our security systems flag your order as unusual or potentially fraudulent.
- Your bank transfer payment is not received within 12 calendar days after order placement.
- We believe you are below the legal age in your country.
- We suspect you are a reseller.
- An error occurred in the displayed price on the Platform.
- We are unable to deliver to the address you provided.
- In the event of misspellings, pricing discrepancies, or other errors in the Platform information.
