The EG324 is an Arm-based high-performance industrial gateway. With 4x RS485/RS232 serial ports and built-in 4G LTE available, this powerful and compact package makes it perfect for data acquisition and communication applications and various industrial solutions. With its full industrial-grade design, this compact embedded computer guarantees reliable work in a wide temperature range, electromagnetic fields, lightning surges, and harsh environments.

Leveraging the Ubuntu OS’s power and flexibility features, Elastel’s talented customers have configured and customized EG324 for their specific data acquisition and processing applications at field sites. It is also a useful communications platform for many other large-scale deployments.

Applications

With an Arm-based CPU capable of running up to 1.4GHz computing and a flexible Linux OS, EG324 could be used in any application or PoC.

  1. Edge computing Gateway: Data is collected from slave devices, analyzed, and stored. Its flexible configuration makes it perfect as a protocol and interface converter Gateway.
  2. Industrial modem and cellular Router: With a built-in mPCIe slot for a cellular module and 2x 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports, EG324 can be configured as an industrial 4G modem or router. Building a VPN or DDNS can easily achieve remote access.

Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including if you don’t want to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund you their processing fee if you cancel your order.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund because order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a product that has irreversible manufacturing defects or technical problems. If you purchased the wrong product, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the faulty parts so we can evaluate it before arranging for a replacement.
