The AGV system features a 750W motor with 2.39 N·m of torque, a 48V DC power source, and a maximum speed of 3000 rpm. It offers a maximum speed of 94.2m/min and supports loads of up to 800kg. The 160mm drive wheel and 180mm turning radius enhance maneuverability. The 200W steering motor provides precise control with a max turning speed of 112.5°/s. Includes safety features like ±126° electronic and ±135° mechanical limit angles, plus a 6Nm brake system. Ideal for high-speed, high-load forklift AGVs in manufacturing and logistics environments.

Equipped with a 750W motor, rated torque 2.39Nm, 48V DC voltage, motor rated current 19.9A, speed 3000r/min, speed ratio 16 (optional 21, 24, 28, 32), providing excellent power output and transmission efficiency, adapting to various industrial operation needs.

The drive wheel diameter is 160mm, and the maximum speed can reach 94.2m/min (with other speed ratios of 71.8, 62.8, 53.8, and 47.1m/min). It supports loads of up to 800kg. The turning radius of 180mm gives the AGV excellent flexibility and maneuverability in narrow spaces, perfectly adapting to forklift usage scenarios.

Compared to lower power systems, this 750W steering wheel system performs better in terms of load capacity and speed, improving the stability of the AGV under high-speed and heavy-load conditions, and optimizing overall energy efficiency.

Steering System Performance

The steering system is equipped with a 200W motor, a rated torque of 0.64Nm, a voltage of 48V DC, a motor speed of 3000rpm, and a speed ratio of 160, providing precise steering control and a fast response. With a maximum turning speed of 112.5°/second, this system improves work efficiency.

Designed with an electronic limit angle of ±126° and a mechanical limit angle of ±135°, it effectively ensures safety during steering and prevents damage caused by oversteering. Equipped with a 6Nm brake system, it provides stable braking in emergencies and further enhances operational safety.

Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including if you don’t want to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund you their processing fee if you cancel your order.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund because order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. However, we will offer an exchange for a product with irreversible manufacturing defects or technical issues. If you purchased the wrong product, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the faulty parts so we can evaluate the issue before arranging a replacement.
