LW004-PB is a LoRaWAN-based panic button with a positioning function. With a compact and smart outlook and easy to use. It integrates BLE and GPS specially designed for indoor and outdoor positioning of objects or people. Either using Bluetooth to scan the surrounding Beacons to obtain the location to track objects or people indoors or using the GPS to track the location of objects or people outdoors. In an emergency, you can trigger an alarm to send location information. Moreover, the product has a built-in vibration and 3-axis sensor, which can sense the alarm status and data sending status through vibration in the case of an alarm and detect the dynamic state of objects or personnel through the 3-axis sensor data.

Staff/kids/elderly safety is becoming a critical issue in workplaces, such as hotels, campuses, hospitals, factories, warehouses, places of worship…etc., in which smartphones and public apps are not a reliable solution. Often, people within these facilities are either prohibited from using a smartphone, may not own one, or refuse to use one. Even those carrying smartphones regularly may have disabled geo-tracking; LoRaWAN devices and beacons overcome these problems. LW004-PB can be used outdoors and indoors. For outdoors, it can be located by GPS; for indoors, it can work with a BLE beacon to confirm the location. The alarm will be sent to the manager as soon as the button is pressed so the people in need can be rescued at once.

Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including if you don’t want to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund you their processing fee if you cancel your order.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund because order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a product that has irreversible manufacturing defects or technical problems. If you purchased the wrong product, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the faulty parts so we can evaluate it before arranging for a replacement.
