The CompassX HD PTZ USB camera is ideal for applications that require a high-quality enterprise-grade camera with a simple USB 2.0 interface for installation. It is a leading choice among integrators for deployment in classrooms, boardrooms, and distance learning and Telehealth carts.

Exceptional image quality is made possible with a 10x optical and 10x digital zoom along with a Sony 1/2.8 CMOS dynamic sensor that provides 1920×1080 native resolution. In addition, a belt-driven PTZ mechanism ensures whisper-quiet operation while offering 350º of the pan, 180º of tilt, and an effective 100x zoom for exceptional detail quality.

Video is encoded into MJPEG format with adjustable video formats of 1080p, 720p, and 480p at 30fps. The camera can be inverted and easily controlled with an IR remote or integrated with in-room controllers through the RS-232 serial port. A free software application can also be used to control USB. With up to seven camera position presets you can quickly focus on any location within the room with a single button press. Both a USB and RS-232 cable are included to assist with quick installation.

Fast Delivery! We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS because they are fast, reliable, and easily trackable. We process orders within 24 hours, and delivery may take 4-7 business days after that, depending on your location. We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs: For some industrial products, such as heavy wheels and CNC machines, shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, not quantity. Return Policy

5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including if you don’t want to pay the tariff. However, Stripe will not refund you their processing fee if you cancel your order.

All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund because order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical issues, we will be happy to assist you in resolving problems and provide a replacement if you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, once you have used the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a product that has irreversible manufacturing defects or technical problems. If you purchased the wrong product, then you, as the customer, will be responsible for the re-shipping fees and tariffs. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the faulty parts so we can evaluate it before arranging for a replacement.
