What Information About Me Is Collected and Stored?

We collect two basic types of information from you in conjunction with your use of the Sites, personal information and non-personal information. Personal information is information that you may supply to us, as described more fully below, i.e., when you subscribe, order, complete a survey, register for a Site or any part thereof, enter a contest, upload content, participate in a community, or provide your e-mail address. Collection of Personal Information From Social Media Sites

When you interact with any Inflate-R, property page or account on a social media platform, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Tumblr, YouTube, or Pinterest, we may collect the personal information that you make available to us on that page or account including your account ID or "handle." However, we will comply with the privacy policies of the corresponding social media platform and we will only collect and store such personal information that we are permitted to collect by these social media platforms.

Non-Personal Information

In addition, when you interact with the Sites, our servers may keep an activity log that does not identify you individually ("Non-Personal Information"). Generally, we collect and store the following categories of Non-Personal Information:

  • Demographic data such as age, gender, and five digit zip code as part of collecting personal information

If you are under 13 years of age you should not under any circumstance provide personally identifiable information to Inflate-R. If Inflate-R discovers that a child under the age of 13 has provided Inflate-R with personally identifiable information, Inflate-R will immediately delete that child's information from the Sites.

When we run a contest or sweepstakes relating to our Sites, it will be accompanied by a set of rules. Assignment

We may change our ownership or corporate organization while providing the Sites and services. We may also sell certain assets associated with the Sites. The Extended Warranty applies to physical goods, and only physical goods, purchased from Inflater.com

What does the Extended Warranty cover?

The Extended Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period InflateR will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct the problem?

InflateR will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from Inflater.com is 3 years from the date of delivery.

What does this Extended Warranty not cover?

This Extended Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

How to submit a claim?

Shipping Policy

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE: We primarily ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS because they are fast, reliable, and easily trackable. We usually ship within two to three business days after the full payment is received. Standard delivery generally occurs within 5 to 7 business days after the shipping date. However, sometimes delivery may take about 7 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping destination, logistics mode, weather conditions, product weight, size, or shipping company distribution structures based on re-planning, such as staff shortages caused by COVID.

SHIPPING COSTS: For some industrial products, e.g., heavy wheels, CNC machines, etc., the shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight, not quantity. To benefit from lower shipping costs for orders with multiple items, please contact us at sales@ozrobotics.com. Our shipping rates are listed very clearly on each product page under the SHIPPING tab. DUTY TAX, CUSTOMS, IMPORT FEES and TARIFFS: While not all products require customs fee, but some industrial items may require a minimal tariff if applicable in your country and the total of your order exceeds $800 - The total amount for your order does not include a customs fee. Return Policy

General Conditions of Sale

This is a legal agreement between you (meaning you as an individual if acting on your own behalf, or the company that you represent if you are acting on behalf of such company) and Inflater Emergency Tecnologies Inc. (“InflateR”). By placing an order or making a purchase of a product ("Product") from InflateR, you agree to these terms of sale ("Terms") set out below. These Terms may be updated by InflateR from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms each time you make a purchase from InflateR.

Voltzy.com ('Voltzy") is owned and operated by Inflater Emergency Tecnologies Inc. All Voltzy policies and Terms are governed and held by Inflater Emergency Tecnologies Inc.

1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

1.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by InflateR, and any rejection of an order shall be made in InflateR's sole discretion. If you have been charged for an order that is subsequently rejected by inflateR, InflateR will refund the amount of that order to you, by a method chosen by inflateR in its sole and reasonable discretion.

2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

2.1. Products may be returned to InflateR within thirty (30) days of delivery for credit, if the Products are unused, in a new and intact condition, and in their original containers, subject to InflateR’s return procedures. Shipping of all returns is your responsibility and at your sole expense. Please consult InflateR for details about its return procedures. You acknowledge that this 30-day return policy is considered in satisfaction of applicable statutory "withdrawal rights" or "cooling-off periods", and you waive all such statutory rights.

2.2 Refunds will be issued by InflateR within five (5) days of the Product being returned in accordance to the InflateR return procedures. InflateR will refund the amount of that Product to you, by a method chosen by InflateR in its sole and reasonable discretion.

- InflateR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

- Defective products will be covered under FREE replacement, this means we will ship you a new product at no cost. We may ask you to return the defective product at our cost. We do not offer refunds on defective products.

- You may cancel your order up until the point of shipping. After your order has shipped. We can no longer cancel your order.

- You are required to provide us with a short video of the defective product for us to confirm that it is in fact defective if you are looking to have a replacement sent to you. Most commonly we will be able to help you through this process and get the inflateR or Voltzy working.

- Gift Cards and Extended Warranties are not refundable.

- All shipping costs at non-refundable.

- All Returns must include an RMA, if your returned order does not include the RMA we provide you with, your return will not be accepted.

- All orders are subject to restocking fees equal to $5 per unit/item ordered.

3.1. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, you shall not be entitled to change or cancel any order that has previously been accepted by Peapil without the prior written agreement of InflateR
