1. You can request return service: ✓ Within seven calendar days after receiving the product, if the product does not suffer manufacturing defects, has not been activated and is still in new or like-new condition. ✓ Within seven calendar days after receiving the product, if the product is found with a non-artificial performance failure. Please send the product along with all original accessories, attachments, giveaways and packaging to the location designated by Vincross. 2. What our return service does NOT cover: If the fault or damage is caused by unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, waterlog, improper installation, etc. If the product label or serial number shows signs of tampering or alteration. If any of the product's tamper proof screws show signs of tampering or alteration. If the product sent to Vincross does not include all original accessories, attachments, giveaways or packaging. If the product packaging shows signs of artificial damaging. If the original warranty card or a valid invoice cannot be provided to Vincross. If the damage of the product is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, lightning strikes, etc… Other related situations according to this after-sales policy. 3. Shipping fee concerning return service: If any defect of the product's appearance or performance failure is found upon its arrival, the shipping fee of the returned product will be paid by Vincross. Please note that if any defect of the appearance is found after receiving the product, free return service will not be provided. Within seven calendar days after receiving the product, if the product suffers performance failure, the customer can request return service and will be responsible for the shipping fee of the returned product. Please note that the original shipping fee paid by Vincross will be deducted from the final refund. Also, kindly note that the customer will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes that are generated during the return process. Exchange Policy: 1.
