Shipping Policy
Fast Delivery! We ship worldwide mainly via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS because they are Fast, Reliable, and Easily Trackable. We process orders within 24 hours, and delivery may take 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location. We will email you the tracking number once it is shipped.
Shipping Costs:
For some industrial products, e.g., heavy wheels, CNC machines, etc., the shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight, not quantity. For lower shipping costs for orders with multiple items, please email us at sales@ozrobotics.com before you buy. We show shipping rates on the product page under the SHIPPING tab. Return Policy
5 Hours: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request a refund for any reason, including not wanting to pay the tariff. However, we can't refund the Stripe Processing Fee, because Stripe doesn't refund us. Click on the Tariff tab to read about newly imposed tariffs before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final: After 5 hours, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund. Due to new tariffs, order cancellations require reverse tariff payments and multiple shipping fees, which are very costly and time-consuming. For technical problems, we will be happy to help you solve issues and provide a replacement if it is proven that the product has any manufacturing defects.
Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, we abide by the policy of our manufacturer partners. Once you use the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a wrongly purchased product with irreversible defects or technical problems. The customer will pay the shipping fee for a wrongly purchased product or similar issues. If the product you purchased is defective, email us at support@ozrobotics.com with photos or a video of the defective parts so we can evaluate it before you send it. More on Replacement Policy.
