Arduino users can build devices in minutes with our comprehensive eco-system of 60+ modular sensors, output, control and communication, and auxiliary xChips.

The XK51 Arduino Compatible Kit includes sensors for hand gestures and proximity, magnetometer and accelerometer to measure motion in 3D including vibration, an 8 channel servo driver (enough to control an autonomous car), and mini OLED display for device output. It also comes with a coin battery power pack that can power the device for months.

The core is the same as the Arduino Zero. Finally, we provide the right number of xBus and xPDI connectors for building and programming your xChips.

All of this is with no change to the way you code, no need to learn electronics, solder or breadboard. xChips are robust, and reusable to prototype new devices. We provide device libraries online to support implementing your ideas, as well as projects and code samples to spur your imagination (further links included online and in downloadable instructions pdf).

How it works
XinaBox’s CC03 Cortex M0+ xChip Core Module (SAMD21G) brings you exactly the same Micro Controller Unit (MCU) as the Arduino Zero. Together the CC03 and the IP02 Advanced USB Programming offer the native programming functionality of the Arduino Zero. Once finished programming, you can continue to use the IP02 for USB power (and Serial output on your computer), or unplug it, and use the coin cell battery, PB02, for power.
The servo driver also has a connection for independent device power. The OD01, our 128×64 pixel OLED display, allows an alternate display to Serial – very useful for monitoring during device operation.

Note for Arduino Uno users: look at the CC01 – ATmega328PCore CPU for the same Micro Controller Unit (MCU) as the Arduino Uno – ATmega328P (running 16MHz), and pair it with the IP01 programmer/USB Power supply – or keep using the IP02.

With these xChips you can make:

• a tracker showing how much G-force and shocks you can take on your bike or skateboard
• an M&Ms sorter, using the gesture sensor to identify M&M color, and the servo to steer M&Ms into colour coded piles
• a servo controlled vehicle that uses the gesture sensor to:
– avoid obstacles
– follow lines based on colour (e.g. driving zig-zag to find the line
• a snakes game on the OLED Display, controlled by the gesture sensor
• use the servo driver to control a scary monster that starts when something moves close to it
• record on the display every time somebody opens your secret place

We currently produce a range of 63 modular “xChips”, which include cores/CPUs, sensors, power, communication, output, and storage using a connectivity standard without wires, soldering, breadboards or hardware knowledge. Also, instead of requiring the use of specific Single Board Computers (SBCs) or Micro Controller Units (MCUs), we offer flexibility to use industry standard cores, clones, or bridges to Raspberry Pi (including the Zero), Arduino, Beagleboard, Dragonboard, Minnowboard and even Micro:bit (more for education). We facilitate easy connectivity to cloud providers like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and are compatible with programming in almost any language, from Javascript, C, C++ and Python, to Mongoose-OS, NodeMCU and RTOS. We expect to increase our range to c. 200 xChips by Q4 2018.

Shipping Policy

We primarily ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS because they are reliable, fast, and easily trackable. We usually ship within two to three business days after the full payment is received. Standard Delivery generally occurs within 5 to 7 business days after the ship date. However, sometimes delivery time depends on destination, logistics mode, weather conditions, size, and product weight.

SHIPPING COSTS: For some industrial products, e.g., wheels, and CNC machines, etc. the shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight, not quantity. To benefit from lower shipping costs for orders with multiple items, please contact us at sales@ozrobotics.com. Our shipping rates are listed very clearly on each product page under the SHIPPING tab. Additionally, to see the shipping cost for your country, add the item to the Shopping Cart, there you will see the shipping cost based on your Country and Location.

Return Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY: Oz Robotics wants you to be happy with your new purchase. However, we abide by the exchange policy of our suppliers because we do not manufacture these products; our suppliers do. Please read the product exchange policy defined by each supplier for their own listed product(s), which can be found under the Shipping tab on each product page. Once you have used the product, our supplier(s) and we have the right not to issue a refund. Still, they will offer an exchange for the wrongly purchased items or products with serious and irreversible defects or technical problems (s). If wrongly purchased products or any other similar issues, the buyer will pay the shipping fee. REFUNDS/RETURNS: Oz Robotics accepts returns on a minimal basis unless there is a manufacturing defect. For any electronic items, returns are only accepted on devices with serious and irreversible problems; meanwhile, the customer must apply for the returns within 7 days from the delivery date. Before a refund acceptance, please include images or a video and any other material proof of the defect. However, we abide by the exchange policy of our suppliers because we do not manufacture these products; our suppliers do.

Other than our supplier’s default policy, once a return is agreed upon, then you can ship your defective item to the provided return address that you should receive from us first. Please ship the order in original packaging with all the accessories and additional parts. If the Required Parts are not sent back, they will be billed for or expected to be shipped at a later stage. And only once all items have arrived as a full system can we check the returned product for testing. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt as well as any mentioned proof of defect, images, or a video, etc. This will help us to speed up the process on your behalf.

The purchaser (customer/buyer) is responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item. However, upon receiving the returned order, we will assess the product. If it is determined that there is, in fact, a manufacturing defect, then we will refund the shipping costs as well as repair or replace or refund the full amount to the purchaser if the product is not fixable.

If you wish to return an unused product, please do so within 7 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card use for payment in 24-48 HOURS after receiving the product back. We will charge 50% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, and if agreed for a refund, refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment in 24-48 hours. Please note that we will charge a 50% restocking fee if you want to return a product without any defect.

Once your refund is processed, then PayPal will return the money to the card that was used. It may take at least 5 business days (depending on the bank and credit company) before your refund is officially posted in your bank account and statements. Contact Us if you still have not received your refund after 5 business days.

Do not return your product to our New York office. For any exchange or refunds, please email us first at support@ozrobotics.com for us to provide you with the steps that need to be followed.
