You will receive an email notification confirming your shipping details with the tracking number as soon as we ship your order. Please check your SPAM folder if you have not received an email.
You could also log in to your account from My Orders and click on the order# or View tab to see Order Updates with the tracking link.
Please Note: Processing your order for shipment will take 1 to 2 days after the purchase. Once shipped, delivery to your address will take 3 to 5 days or longer, depending on your location. Please email us at email@example.com or use the Contact Us form if you have any questions. Thank you.
Import Tax, Duty Tax, or Customs Fees for Customers
While not all products require import/customs tax, some items may require a minimal duty/import tax if applicable in your country. The total amount for your order does not include any duty fees. The buyer must pay all import duties. Oz Robotics is not responsible for import fees, duties, or customs clearance for any shipment. Please check the “Supplier Policies” section to see the manufacturer or supplier for that product on each product page.
We only charge sales tax based on the US Nexus Tax Law. Nexus, also called “sufficient physical presence,” is a legal term that refers to the requirement for companies doing business in a state to collect and pay tax on sales in that state. For example, if you sell goods or services in Los Angeles, you must file and pay California state taxes.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to the technical nature of our products, Oz Robotics accepts returns on a minimal basis, for example, if there is a manufacturing defect. We also abide by the Return policies of our suppliers because we do not manufacture the products. Please check our suppliers’ Return Policies under the “Shipping” tab on each listed product page.
Our policy lasts 14 days upon delivery. If 14 days after receiving the product have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product supplier offers it differently. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for a return. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please DO NOT ship the product to Oz Robotics, but ship it to the supplier. We do not offer Partial Refunds, only Full Refunds for new/unused products.

OzRobotics.com accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery. In addition, we use the PayPal Merchant Service for all of our sales.
Please note that specific orders are subject to a 24-hour verification period to protect all parties from unauthorized credit card use. To minimize unauthorized card usage, please ensure that your credit card company has all of your current information on file, including any alternate or authorized shipping addresses.
