Print Features

We shaped REALvision Pro as a material property-based slicing engine at its finest. Material property-based slicing means entering the following information in the software to ensure the smart settings reflect the favored result. The settings are connected in this way:

  • Machine settings define the machine’s capabilities and limit material and quality settings.
  • The material settings describe how the machine extrudes and deposits material and limits quality settings.
  • Quality settings express production wishes for the part.
  • Maximize speed without compromising quality.

We want 3D prints to be flawless, fast, and cost-effective. REALvision Pro automatically detects visible surfaces of the finished print and ensures that the visible parts are printed neatly. Furthermore, the remaining non-visible parts can be printed fast, which maximizes the speed while considering the flawless look.

Shipping Policy

FAST DELIVERY! We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS because they’re Fast, Reliable, Affordable, and Easily Trackable. We process orders in 24 hours; delivery may take 4 to 7 days or sooner, depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Ships From: Not all our products are shipped from the USA; we ship some from regions like China, Taiwan, or Europe. Therefore, the tariff you will pay will differ depending on which country your order will be shipped from because not all countries charge the same amount. For example, if the US imposes a 30% tariff on goods from China, other countries may impose a much lower tariff. Check the "Ships From:" label on this product page to see from which country we will ship it.

TARIFF: While not all products require a tariff, some may require a minimal or no tariff. If applicable, the buyer will pay the tariff within their respective country. The total amount of your order does not include a tariff. Please enter a reachable phone number during checkout so the Shipping Company can contact you to pay the tariff once your parcel arrives at your destination.

Why don't we add tariffs to the product's retail price? If all countries imposed the same tariff amount and used the same currency, we would have added the tariff amount to the product price. However, we do not do that because each country charges a different amount and uses a different currency, while some do not even charge a tariff. SHIPPING COSTS: For some industrial products, e.g., heavy wheels, CNC machines, etc., the shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight, not quantity. For lower shipping costs for orders with multiple items, please email us at sales@ozrobotics.com before you buy. We show shipping rates on the product page under the SHIPPING tab. PRODUCT DATASHEET AND MANUAL: If applicable, the Product Documentation, such as the Datasheet, CAD Design, STP Files, Manuals, Reference Materials, and Tutorials, will be available for download upon purchase from the My Account as needed. Return Policy

WITHIN 5 HOURS: Mistakes happen when ordering, so you have 5 hours to request an order cancellation, but we cannot refund the PayPal or Stripe Processing fee because they do not refund us.

WITHIN 24 HOURS: Your order has either been shipped, prepared to ship, or custom-made. If you still want to cancel your order after 5 Hours, we will deduct 30% of the total for restocking + PayPal or Stripe processing fees and the Return Shipping cost for unopened packages.

AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: If you decide not to keep your order after it arrives, we will deduct 80% of the total + the shipping fee if we find it refundable after a review. Please see our Refund and Replacement Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY: Oz Robotics wants you to be happy with your new purchase. However, we abide by the policy of our manufacturer partners because we do not manufacture these products; they do. Once you use the product, we cannot issue a refund. But we will offer an exchange for a wrongly purchased product with irreversible defects or technical problems. The customer will pay the shipping fee for a wrongly purchased product or similar issues. REFUND POLICY: Oz Robotics accepts refunds on a minimal basis unless there is a manufacturing defect. For electronic items, returns are only accepted on devices with serious and irreversible problems; meanwhile, the customer must apply for the returns within seven days of delivery. Once we agreed on a return, you can ship your defective item to the provided address, which you should receive from us first. Please ship the order in its original packaging with all the accessories and additional parts. If the Required Parts are not sent back, they will be billed for or expected to be shipped later. We will check the product for testing once all items have arrived. In your package, include a signed letter stating the reason for the product return, the original receipt, proof of defect, images, a video, etc. It will help us to speed up the process for you.

When returning the item, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. However, we will assess the product, and if it is determined that there is a manufacturing defect and the product is not fixable, we will refund the shipping cost, repair, replace, or refund the full amount to the customer.

Do not return your product to our New York office. For any exchange or refunds, email us first at support@ozrobotics.com for us to provide you with the steps that need to be followed. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received and returned in the original packaging without being used. Please keep the original receipt.
