Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Pokit Innovations ships to most countries globally, yet some countries are restricted to express shipping. This is either due to express shipping being a lower cost than postal shipping or express being the only option available.

Note: We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and delivery location. Shipping prices are subject to change at Pokit Innovation’s discretion yet are based on the estimated shipping costs provided by our shipping couriers.

Order processing
Once placed, orders will be processed on weekdays in our warehouse located in Hong Kong. Orders will usually be collected the following day to when the order was placed.

Delivery times
Postal: 7-12 business days
Express: 2-3 business days
Delivery times indicated are estimated and may take longer than what is stated above. The delivery times are based on when the order is collected, not when the order was placed. ‘Business days’ are Monday-Friday. Orders are not collected on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided with every order. Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent that will include a tracking number and a link to view the progress of your order.

Payment
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payments are processed in USD. All other currencies indicated on the site are converted from USD.

VAT/import taxes
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned, and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product has a manufacturing failure.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an approved refund, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pokitmeter.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pokitmeter.com and send your item to: Suite 2.01, 56 Delhi Road, Sydney, NSW 2113, Australia.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
