Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up?

No. You can sign up with the Startup Selling Plan (FREE) without entering your payment details. Later, you can switch your plan at any time.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

How do you handle sales tax?

We charge sales tax only in accordance with the US Nexus Tax Law. Nexus, also called “sufficient physical presence,” is a legal term referring to the requirement that companies doing business in a state collect and pay tax on sales made in that state. For example, if you sell goods or services in Los Angeles, you must file and pay California state taxes.

Who supports my product on Oz Robotics Marketplace?

You, the supplier, are in charge of technical support for your product(s) because some buyers tend to have questions about the item and require assistance before and after sales. Potential buyers will ask you questions using the Product Enquiry form on your product page.

What vendor email address I can use?

We prefer email addresses associated with your website/business over free, public, and potentially unsafe email addresses such as Yandex, 139.com, 126.com, Mail.ru, etc. Therefore, please use your business email address when creating your account and all communications, including PayPal.

What are your transaction fees for Vendors?

Oz Robotics’ vendor transaction fees are based on Stripe and PayPal’s fees. We follow 100% transparency in all buying and selling transactions. At Oz Robotics, there are no hidden fees.

PayPal/Stripe domestic (USA): 2.99% + 0.39 = 3.38%
PayPal/Stripe international: 2.9% + 1.5% = 4.4% + $0.49 = 4.89%

What happens if I don’t use my vendor account after I create?

After your vendor account is approved, we will terminate your account without notice if you do not list your product(s) within 14 days. This is necessary to keep our marketplace neat and safe. We will delete unattended vendor accounts without consent, per our policy.

What to pay attention the most when adding your products
  1. Use the best feature image for the product – The first impression is the most important. The featured image should be at least 750px wide and 750px high, in .jpg or .png format.
  2. Provide detailed descriptions that appeal to your customer’s emotions
  3. Include multiple product images from different angles (you can upload up to 20 per product). Gallery images should be at least 640px wide and 500px high in .jpg or .png format. 1000 px and up is always recommended.
  4. Include complete specifications and dimensions.
  5. A relevant Product Title and Tags are crucial for your product to stand out, be found, and become visible.
  6. Add customer reviews and testimonials if you have
  7. Cross-sell with other related products
  8. Share your Oz Robotics product listing on social media to drive additional traffic to your product page.
  9. Link your Oz Robotics product page or store to your website under the Where To Buy section to generate backlinks
  10. * Use white-label videos to educate your audience about your product. White-Label Video means a video that does not include your website URL at the beginning, except for the product or company name.

How to Mark Shipped after the shipment?

From your DASHBOARD, click ORDERS. Under Order Date, click Tracking Number.

On the pop-up page, select the shipping company, enter your tracking number, and select the Date shipped. Then, click on the Update Tracking Details button.

  • Add your Products and Shipping Fees per our instructions to sell faster.

  • If you don’t add your products within 7 days of your vendor account being approved, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice to prevent spam.
