How do I enter my Shipping and Return Policies (NOT Shipping Fees)

From your DASHBOARD > SETTINGS > SHIPPING page, scroll down until you see the “Shipping Policy” and “Return Policy” boxes. You can enter your Shipping and Return Policies, Refund and Exchange Policies, and clarification for Duty Fees/Taxes for international purchases, whether it belongs to the supplier or the buyer.

What sales price should I enter for each item?

Enter your regular retail price.

Do you have a dealer agreement guideline?

Yes, please see the Oz Robotics Dealer Agreement Guideline.

Is listing free on Oz Robotics?

Our Economy Plan is free, and you won’t pay anything until your item sells.

Can we list our products on Oz Robotics as well as on other marketplaces?

Yes, this is a non-exclusive agreement.

What is the required size for each product image?

Each product image size should not be smaller than 1000px comprehensive and proportional height. Additionally, it should not be more than 1 MB using formats .jpg – Please do not use the .png image format.

How many images can I upload for each item?

Enter one for the product Featured Image and up to 20 Gallery Images to display each product in both .jpg formats. Please do not use GIF image format.

What is the required size for vendor profile photo?

Width: 300px, Height: 300px, Format: .jpg or .png

What is the required size for my store and vendor logo?

Width: 300px, Height: 300px, Format: .jpg or .png

What is the required size for store banner?

Width: 1920px, Height: 360px, Format: .jpg or .png
